We can service any bikes: Road, Mountain, Gravel, CX, Hybrids or your pub bike! We are specialists in E-bikes and E-bike servicing and our technicians are qualified to repair and service these bikes and have been serviced by Bosch, Yamaha and Shimano. Our workshop is well stocked and we can fix everything from a puncture through to a major bicycle re-build. The team is Cytech trained and we are an authorised Fox Service Centre – meaning we can take care of your suspension – whether Fox, Rock Shox, Cane Creek or any other brand. We are also DT Swiss trained wheel builders.
You can drop your bike into our workshop and we’ll try to look at it straight away. At peak times of the year we’re often busy so if you want to book your bike in for a service then call 01347 823 963 and we’ll try our best to fit to your schedule.

The Bronze Service includes inspection and adjustment where required of:

Your bike will be lubed before leaving the workshop.
If the bike requires cleaning then there will be an additional cleaning charge of £10. This will be a full Pro-Green clean and lube.
Recommended every 12 months, depending upon use
The Silver Service includes full Pro-Green clean and lube and the following with be inspected and adjusted:
Frame
Headset
Bottom bracket
Degreasing of cassette, chain, chain rings and pulley wheels
Transmission
Hubs
Wheels trued
Bar tape replaced as necessary
Gears
Brakes cleaned
Pedals
Recommended every 12-18 months, depending upon use
The Gold Service includes full Pro-Green clean and lube and the following with be inspected and adjusted:

Headset – full service
Bottom bracket – full service
Degreasing of cassette, chain, chain rings and pulley wheels

Hubs inspected and serviced as necessary
Wheels trued
Gears
Brakes cleaned
Pedals
Bolt torque check
Bar tape replaced as necessary
Suspension set up
Recommended every 4-6 months, depending upon use
Our eBike Service conducted by Bosch, Yamaha, Shimano, Brose trained technicians includes a full Pro-Green clean and lube and:
Software driver check and update if available
Mechanical check over of the motor
